0.8r3058 does not upload spots with non-standard BFO setup. Wrote to Joe K1JT
about this bug.
Back to the 0.7 r2960 for a while, because non-standard
2000Hz BFO too. :(

I'm using Windows 2000. I haven't seen any chat on either
r3058 not uploading. I guess that you've done all the
usual set-up stuff,
entered your locator, etc.
I recall that one
user suggested that you might need to check the "Force 6
box on the setup page, but I haven't done that here.

Sorry if I have missed it, but was there
a solution to
WSPR-X not uploading spots to the WSPR database? I
running the latest version (v0.8, r3058) and it tells me it
uploading spots but they do not appear.
