I also thought on WEBSDR in the first moment. In the second moment i thought that Andy wouldn't do such tricks. And then, in the 3rd moment i thought about some very extreme rare super mega special hyper turbo booster propagation, extremely close to a miracle.
Well, if this was true, than we will have to discuss a lot about it all!:-)
