The OFCOM Men in Black will be coming to get you now and confiscate your “apparatus” – nice bit of overtime over Christmas for them!

 

I guess thats the problem of clicking on the link direct to the application form and not reading the other bits. But I agree it should have been stated on the NoV.

 

It looks like we also have to apply for a new NoV for the additional 5 MHz frequencies.
