WHAT? Mal, does that mean you can transmit on the new band from now on?

Do we want to make a sked in CW? I don't expect to hear you here in central DL in daytime but the evening starts early these days.

Nov received successfully for 472 from RSGB/OFCOM and dated from today 20th December - 2012 until 20th December 2017.
I take this to be effective from now and not wait until 1st january 2013.
There is no mention of January 1st 2013
