I understand that for new applications the date has now been changed to Jan
1st, but where do holders of NoVs stating Dec 20th stand? :-)
It seems a bit pedantic of OFCOM not to allow immediate access when many other
EU countries have had access for some while.
"Jobs worth" and needless bureaucracy come to mind. Why is even an NoV needed
at all is my question?
