Hi Markus,Ooooh! That's embarrassing. I'll be sure it's fixed in the next release. Thanks for catching this bug. -- Joe, K1JT On 11/29/2012 11:47 AM, Markus Vester wrote: Joe, LF, playing with the message entry in wsjt-x r 2786, I stumbled upon this strange behaviour: When ending a line with a solitary character (eg." K"), the program terminated immediately and quietly after hitting return, or after clicking anywhere outside the wsjtx window. This doesn't happen when I type eg. " KK" instead of " K". No error message is displayed when using a DOS prompt. During those tx message edits, I'm often unsure about what is a predefined token and what is freetext. For example, I ran into the 13 character limit after editing a report into into something like "DK7FC DF6NM R +14". But this may be just my lack of experience. Best 73, Markus (DF6NM) |
