Yes G wave is very constant , I can obtain decodes using ros-mf-2
( -27 dB ros/op s/n scale ) via the delft web-sdr with about 150
watts feed to the Ae , and very much less to John in the Shetland
Isles , though at that time I have a very high local noise level ,
which prevented decodes .
And with the big loop at gb4fpr 600ft delta , the 505 beacons where
good copy all day , with Andy's beacon 559 ..noise is the limiting
factor , 500 propagation is very good , even compared to 160 , which
I think is why 600 mtrs was 'pinched' by the marine service at the
change over from spark to carrier wave [ Mal may have more on that
one :) ]

MF,
Here i've made a diagram showing the SNRs as a function of time of those
stations who received me on 477 kHz since this day.
It shows clearly that the groundwave path must be very stable over the
daytime and seems to be limited to less than 500km. There are stations who
are continually monitoring the QRG but as soon as the sunrise comes, no
signals are detected in the UK while the levels are 25 dB above the decode
limit in the night.
So far there were no TA decodes during the last night. I think i will run
the TX for another 24 hours in that mode. I'm looking forward to the
effect of different RX locations when the sun goes down in some hours.
The diagram is here: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19882028/MF/OP4SNR.png
73 and tnx to the RX stations!

MF,
Thanks to PA3ABK for the QSO!
Maybe i'll be back in CW tomorrow. At least i will run OP4 on 477 kHz
over the night, now that the system is resonated to MF and the TX is
ready to go...

Yes, i think so. But i don't know when the band opens to your location.
Maybe you will hear me. If so, pse give me a feedback.
