John confirms  , he ' was'   sending on 137.7 , that  was right  on the   audio  band  edge , so  its possible  he was out of  band , OP32  may  be a better  option  your  side ? I don't  think  the  OP8  tests  are  going  to  show  up , just  yet ! , OP32  at  100% tx  may  just  do  the  job (waiting to get the  timer  altered , 60  mins is  too  long )

Conditions up here in Alaska are pretty lousy at the moment from HF to LF - no decodes from anyone beit MF WSPR or  LFOpera, Visual or earlobe mode.
 
At least its getting dark at night - sort of.
