Ok Mal
Other thing would be to tune to
the 14 meg qrg and see if stations
decode as expected , most of those will show
in the w/f and decode in 120 seconds , that
would eliminate the |PC

Hi Graham
The signal on waterfall was vy weak on/off like Opera but
did not decode and was within the Tram lines. (I remember the Trams in Liverpool
in the late 1950's. I used to travel frequently betweem Belfast and Liverpool
and beyond in those days !!)
The signal was vy weak, too much for Opera to
decode but possible ok for QRSS ID
Will have another bash on 136 sometime but like to be
around when TXing and don't want to sit up all night even the DX is attractive

Something has to be slightly wrong
there Mal
What is the CPU meter showing during the
decode period , if its flicking into the RED or
80%/90% , that would indicate , a possible
problem , Opera and ROS data modes have
a 'high' cpu load , due to the volume
of data processing
Other is to ensure the audio falls
'inside' the red lines on the w/fall
No problem TX as this is a simple
low cpu load process

Old story----- someone active on 137.6 opera but no
decode, had it been QRSS I could probably get an ID
