if you  can  see the  signal  on the  w/fall  then  its   quite  strong ,  unless  you  have  100%  blanket  noise ,  impulse  noise  has little  affect . as  you  can see  with the  -39  decode  levels  ..cpu  loading  is the  most likely , or  other  activity on the  PC

What is the  CPU meter  showing  during the  decode  period , if its  flicking  into the  RED or  80%/90%  , that  would  indicate  , a possible  problem  , Opera  and  ROS data  modes  have  a  'high'   cpu  load , due to the  volume  of  data  processing 
 
Other  is to  ensure the  audio  falls  'inside'  the  red lines  on the  w/fall 
 
No problem  TX as  this  is  a  simple  low   cpu  load  process
