Roger,
-25 , In there lies the problem , Gus would need over 10 times the
power to be audible for a live CW qso , to get that -25 upto -15
/ -10 dB , from the level I am seeing , I think, that kind of power
increase would not be possible
Its the age old problem, low signal = long drawn out qrs cw or
enhanced dsp based data modes are the only options , just the qsb /
fade pattern on 500 plays havoc with qrss

Plenty of 477kHz WSPR activity Stefan with SM6BHZ coming in here at -25dB
S/N currently and stations from Germany and (illegally?) France.
Looking forward to working you on CW when I much improve my antenna and
TX.

MF,
Is there really no one QRV from Germany or the others in the 500 kHz
range???? On a late saturday night without much QRN??
I'm running my active ferrite antenna now and it looks quite promising.
However it is affected from the TX antenna as well, even if it is detuned
(not completely).
The bearing to UK / PA looks very clean. I'm directing the antenna in
this direction.
Now CQ 472.5 kHz...
