VLF,So far there are no dramatic changes on VLF but i saw a minor signal drop (abt 3 dB) arround 18:30 UTC, conformed by the OK2BVG grabber. Also the first UKW aurora spots come up... There is also a small QRN drop on LF! Will be interesting to follow the cominh hours... 73, Stefan/DK7FC Am 14.07.2012 01:48, schrieb Stefan Schäfer: LF,I heared about an announcement of a massive solar storm that will arrive tomorrow about 12 UTC to the earth. Will we see a blackout on the real low bands? Maybe good conds for LF groundwave distance QSOs. And some sudden changes over the pole on VLF.The 2m band will be interesting too, ooops, OT... http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/wsa-enlil/ 73, Stefan/DK7FC |
