Albert, I have installed two copies of Opera 142_beta on both W7 and XP machine. But the assigned frequencies are something off-band after January 1st 2013. 477kHz (USB) Op8 (478.5-478.6kHz) will be no problem in world wide, but Op4 (478.6-479.8kHz) may be 478.6kHz to 478.8kHz.
