Missing many usual suspects at LF like MSF, 60 kHz or 81 kHz from Inskip etc. Instead 45.9 kHz, Sicily, appears at reasonable strength.

May be they are running a loop with E/W-nulls?

Furthermore those typical rise of noise floor from soundcards
running at high sampling rates is visible. So, some 15-20 dB
more gain especially above 30 kHz is recommended.
