But just 10.9 uV/m ?? They must have quite a high Q on that antenna ;-)
Maybe a lightning strike? Probably i'm thinking to analog...

DCF39 was offline again this morning between 10 and 11 UTC. To the same 
time HGA22 had much more traffic.
