They must have had some problems with the Burg transmitter running wild. Your screenshot shows a pair of unstable lines drifting down to 138.4 and 137.6 kHz. The very same lines appeared here, quite strong and noisy, with northerly colour:

DCF39 was offline again this morning between 10 and 11 UTC. To the same 
time HGA22 had much more traffic.
