The JAVA upgrade is totally jammed up .
will not install the
latest Version .cannot
de-install any of the older versions
using
the windows-add/remove.
gives ::error applying transforms , verify the specified
transform paths are valid
The java upgrade has the same problem with
valid paths.......
Big problem, Java (old) is working , but now
out of date , some apps will not use it
.....ie the web-sdr's
But , non of the remove 'systems' will
take out the old versions or install the
new , all have reference to paths not
being valid etc
Q any ideas how to manually
remove Java from windows xp-pro sp3 ? ( most
links expect the windows remove function to
work)
