Nice to hear from you again. I'd stay above 3560 kHz, preferrably somewhere between 3565 and 3580 to stay far away from the contest QRM. 40 meters may be difficult well after sunset for some of us. 7031 to 7040 would be ideal, if there weren't so many PSK31 QRMers who still haven't heard about the shifted digimode range due to the new allocations (ok, to be fair, many SSB operators keep the "new" digimode range occupied, thus the digimode freaks keep occupying the "new" CW range..)
