This is already possible.  Under "Setup", select Calibration and fill the Offset field with the
value of the RF frequency that corresponds to audio frequency 0 Hz.
Another feature I'd like to have is the 'repaint' of the full waterfall 
when either Sensitivity or Contrast is changed.
While this is technically possible, it would imply a non trivial rewrite of that part of Argo.
I will consider it for a future build. Thanks for the input.
