Did you not see the posting a little earlier?: "Ofcom notice states that the new allocation will start on 1st Jan 2013. Exisiting NOV's can be renewed via the RSGB online to carry us through to that date, the on line form is not yet available. 73 Eddie G3ZJO" You will be able to renew shortly. Current NOVs expire at midnight.
