Talking of K9AY antennas, I've just
bought a couple of 10m EXTRA telescopic grp masts from an outfit in
Germany.
They make excellent K9AY supports as
they are 18mm diameter diameter at the top unlike virtually all the other
telecopic masts that I have seen which go down to something like 3mm
diameter.
No connection just a satisfied
customer

I would concur - something like a small foot print K9AY with the
"steerable" null I use here (there) in Alaska to reduce my MW blowtorches. In
fact life on some frequencies without a directive or moreover nullable off the
back array is a must in my case on some bands....just hope the very tight null
isnt in your favorite direction!
Not sure of your footprint and ability
to shove something up....
