Mal might moan about grabbers - but he has been known to use them quite a lot ... and complain when he doesn't show up on them :-)

What is all the fuss about this is re inventing the wheel.
I have worked I5MXX es IK5ZPV many times on CW  as far back as 1999.  I worked these stations Daytime and Nighttime at 579 normal report.also IK4AOZ.
No need for Beacon Alligators or Grabbers, this is backwards technology

Hello Andrea,

The first time i can see IK5QLO on the DF6NM grabber at http://www.alice-dsl.net/df6nm/grabber/Grabber.htm, NOW! Also a trace at http://members.aon.at/grabber/
My own grabber is overloaded in the moment because i am transmitting a beacon signal in CW since many hours now. I will watch the signal soon and check for times of good S/N.

Congratulations to IW5BHY / I5ZPO to successfully cross the alps on the 2200m band!!!
Has he already been in contact with IK1HSS?

Will he further improve his signal to make e.g. DFCW-10 possible with reasonable S/N? Then we could try a QSO.

I will forward the mail to a ( not a, THE) LF group so that all the world is informed about the new station on LF :-)

Hi Stefan,

I think you should know that my friend Andrea IW5BHY is now in the air on 136Khz as I5ZPO (his father in law's call where the station is).

Last night he was visible on grabbers all over europe around 136.175.

He' looking for skeds, you can write to: [email protected]
