I think yes - you can never have too much ferrite laying around for tests.

Keep the scan coil assemblies as well - they are a useful source of copper
wire, if nothing else.

Analogue television has disappeared from this area, so I have two CRT-based
receivers which are no longer needed (and they never did work too well).
Would it be worth trying to salvage the line output transformers before I
take the equipment to the tip?
