Dear Andy, Stefan, LF Group,

Yes I was transmitting DFCW60; I have just started the beacon set for DFCW90 for tonight. I think Stefan is right about the longer elements making the signal more readable under marginal conditions with the same FFT settings, especially for DFCW. Of course the down side is that everything takes longer... But that is not too important for a beacon, so we will see if it is an improvement.

It is a rather wet night here in IO91vr, but the wind seems to be quite light, giving the antenna an easier time.
