I'm pretty sure it is selective.
We have one (including an additional CRT display module) at our
university's radio club, and I remember using it (many years ago)
as a spectrum analyzer to check the harmonics suppression of my
first homebuilt 80 m transmitter.

I'll check for you whether we have the operation manual for it; if so,
it will only be in paper format though...
