LF: 137kHz testing

I need to sort out my transverter match and then intend to do some WSPR tests 
during the evenings next week with around 0.2mW ERP. I'll let everyone know 
when active. 

Currently at my son's home in Kent having got back from France today after a 
superb holiday in Perigord. Back in Burwell tomorrow.
