Being realistic it would need a miracle to propagate a signal into VE7 from
the UK on 137 Khz using 1W erp, however with 10W erp on 500 Khz it is
probable,  going on past experience on 1800 Khz (160 metres), even then its
rare to work VE7, W6, W7  and KL7 but strangely JA, VK and ZL seem to pop up
more frequently at greater distances. It might be a question of operator
availability in VE7 on the lower frequencies.also suitable power and
antennas to cover the distance to EU.
You seem to be suitably equipped but what about the others.
