Why is Germany waiting for WRC 2012 when several other EU countries have
permission already to operate on the 500 Khz band ?
G, SM, LA EI, EA,ES,YO, OK and others.
Maybe someone knows the answer.If permitted to transmit in Beacon mode I am
puzzled that a QSO cannot take place !!
