Thank you, Rik.  I am sorry.  The problem is not politics, but about twice a month I have to explain to somebody here in Burgundy the differences between England, GB and UK, and I have got into the bad habit of giving a short lecture when it isn't necesary.  Dr Pavlov would be proud of me.

Let me re-phrase:

 

DXCC countries that can be activated : GD, GU, GJ (where a UK amateur licence is valid), TF and 9A.

 

I hope this is correct and a holder of a UK 500kHz NoV can operate from GD, GU and GJ.
