Thanks for your encouraging words! I wonder what I will see on my monitor on Saturday. The industrial noise is a big problem, you are right.
About your copper plate ... the sea salt would be the best :-)

Hi Lubos,

The noise background does change rapidly. This is an indicator for a local noise source. Maybe you can observe it on a wideband window. Anyway i think your RX is very sensitive! It is impressing. I would estimate you will receive my signal at 20 dB SNR to, maybe on saturday. The findforecast is even better now!

Indeed. Maybe the losses will be higher due to a rather bad contact of my copper plate lying on the earth. I should buy some salt, maybe :-)
