Dear Stefan,

Many thanks for your continued support, encouragement and advice.
I shall start by using QRSS-3 and later switch to a very long carrier timing.

I plan to increase power over the Christmas holidays but any report would be
most welcome and help to keep up morale.

Chris, VLF,

Despite all my optimism i do not assume to receive your signal here in JN49IK00WD. But Jim/M0BMU or Roger/G3XBM is not even 50 km distant to your QTH. If you can transmit a longer carrier, some hours long, maybe someone near your QTH will receive your signal.
I have generated a usr file which people may use in SpecLab for your transmission. It is set to 424 uHz and 10minutes per pixel, 8972 Hz and locked to GBZ. It includes band limiting and a noise blanker and clipper.

Maybe this helps for the first UK-UK contact! :-)

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your notification.

I have set my newly modified split screen 9kHz grabber at :-

to monitor your frequency, the other half of the split is currently on Rogers G3XBM favourite frequency.
