Hello Dennis,
Once again thanks for your efforts.
I had a bad evening on Monday as sparking in the aerial circuit caused my valuable output transformer to go u/s.
Heaven only knows now where I'll get a replacement
It had been behaving fine all day until H-Hour - Sod's law!
Ok on your TB absence; I gave radio a miss last night and am collecting my thoughts and enthusiasm.

Conditions for me last night were terrible, with 0.5 inch railing right across the VLF spectrum, and without the watwerfall screen I would have seen nothing. However there was a continuous white line down the waterfall on the frequency you stated, but was still there when I switched the power off the miniwhip, though slightly reduced. I decided it must be generated locally, perhaps by the computer. When I switched on this morning, the screen was nice and clear, also the signal which might have been yours was missing. My feelings now are that it was possibly your signal amongst the crap. This afternoon the railings are back, nearly blasting away the alpha sigs. but no sign of your white line. My problem is that I find it difficult to identify any coding which may be on. Like I said before, if you could regularly key it on/off every
few seconds, it would help, even if occasionally giving an identification blast to please the met office.
I don't know where the railings are coming from, obviously some blasted equipment nearby, maybe a large television set, which would relate to the times seen.
I shall not be on TB tonight as I am expecting a short visit from my Penzance son.
