Gerhard if the "noise" is corona, as it could well be, this is power (ERP) loss (insulator loss) You may be able to reduce it my putting corona "rings" on the ends of your wires. This effectively gives a bigger radius of curvature at the high voltage points. These are really necessary above about 200W on 136kHz.
