Subject: IMO SYNOPTIC was Re: LF: The Wideband Noise
Sources tell me that the International Maritime Organization (IMO)
has a proposed system called "SYNOPTIC" in the works for the 500kHz
range.
They have proposed three channels with OFDM signals with 10-20 kHz
bandwidth.

Last night round 2400 z , while having a look at wspr, the F-Fuzz

Hello Dave,
Someone who lives close to the Lessay site in France reported it also
quite strong at daytime on the NDB-list.
As France is mentioned as where this signal comes from, the Lessay site
might be an option.
