Hi VLF,
personally, I have had a pretty good reception from here (JN53EM) on first 8970Hz transmission (attached). On 6470Hz, I captured just a faint trace (to be confirmed it was Stefan's actually), then only noise on 5170Hz. Strong hum also on 8970Hz on second transmission and no valid reports. So I deduce that at my QTH I can rely only on a limited time window in the morning to get enough S/N even on 8970Hz. Anyway, it has been again a very interesting monitoring day. Thanks a lot to Stefan and all dreamers :-)
