LF: UNID capture in Argentina (137 KHz)

Hi, this morning my Argo Grabber capture a UNID signal.

 

At this time there are not known regional signals on air.

 

QTR in image is local time ( UTC -3) and speed is QRSS120

 

can anyone help  identify this signal?
