Great! Did you listen to Krasnodar/RJH63 at 23 or 25kHz? As far as I
remember both frequencies are allocated to.

The first staircase at 2010-06-28 stopped at 23 kHz and had a gap when
25 kHz usually transmits it's time code at 1000 utc. Next day the
staircase continued from 23 kHz. Therefore my guess was that it must
have been Krasnodar.
