As far as I remember both frequencies are allocated to. The first staircase at 2010-06-28 stopped at 23 kHz and had a gap when 25 kHz usually transmits it's time code at 1000 utc. Next day the staircase continued from 23 kHz. Therefore my guess was that it must have been Krasnodar. Greetings from Kiel, Peter |
