3560 and 3579kHz, both cheap crystals, divided by 26, give CW and QRSS frequencies on 136/137kHz. What is the simplest and cheapest way of getting divide by 26? 73s Roger G3XBM Well, forty years ago the answer would have been a couple of 7490s, with which you could divide by any number twixt 2 and 100. Is there a modern equivalent I wonder? Martin GW3UCJ. |
