Not intended as loaded questions or to stir a row: What are the licence requirements for a VLF transmitter which doesn't use an antenna but "transmits" via the ground?
Are all ("DC to light") frequencies covered by the various acts of Parliament (WTA etc) covering such things on the more widely used frequencies? As a general comment, I'm finding the various posts re the VLF experiments, esp. those below 10kHz, totally absorbing.
