Mike,

   Winrad *IS* free.... both my original version, that found at
http://www.weaksignals.com
and those derived by the source code I made public.

Many, yourself included, are confusing Winrad with WinRadio, which is another 
thing....
WinRadio is the brand of an Aussie firm that produces both hardware and the 
accompanying software, which
is meant exclusively for its hardware.

Winrad is the name of an SDR program I wrote starting from 2005, and which I 
have always released free of
charge to the ham community. I stopped developing it, for a series of reasons, 
in 2008, but, presumably before
the end of this year, there should be a new program which in my intentions 
should take the inheritance of
my old Winrad.
