I'm not sure if the schematics ("Schaltbilder") are
included because they can be ordered
seperately, price on request.
I think you can clarify this by an

The quality of Foertig's manuals is really good
and prices are fair.
I've bought a manual for a R&S LRT
(inductance meter) from him some
time ago and are very satisfied.

I have a LD30 W & G group delay measuring
instrument. It has a RX and TX range 200 Hz - 20 kHz and would make a nice
stable source for 9 kHz tx and a wideband RX. With a suitable
external dsp filter it could be useful.
Although I can manage the unit a handbook would
be useful.
