I agree .....
The Alpha nav beacons are much stronger here than indicated on Web SDR. Also the Mil data signals between abt 18.5 and 24kc/s are very much stronger here also. I agree it looks like they have a very poor antenna attached.
Here, most of the time I use Winrad SDR application with a strapped 80m dipole up abt 13m fed into the SC mic socket and get very strong signals on that part of the band.
However the WEBSDR is a very useful resource for doing tests on MF/LF.
No activity on the Dreamers band owing to pressing domestic commitments for at least the next week.

The answer is simple: the reception antenna is not working properly or the signals are masked by a high noise floor. When you look at the station on 18.3 kHz, it is quite weak.
I have these at -62 dBm, whilst the Alpha stations are 40 dB weaker. So no chance to spot these, I guess.
