Yes, it was me "stealing" the audio from the Twente
receiver - hope you don't mind! I did set the carrier to a low
frequency (300 Hz) so that WSPR can cope with the samplerate
interpolation.

Well...
I'm the operator of the Twente WebSDR, but there is no WSPR decoder running
here, although I do hope to add that in the future.
So currently the
WSPR reports from our receiver must be generated by someone else who feeds
audio from our site into a WSPR decoder.
