Carrier is 30 db over the noise floor at Liverpool , no hum lines showing,
only  modulation  spread , nothing  showing at  Birmingham either

If it was 100 Hz hum , then the side bands would be , 503.900 and 504.100 .. that was the reason for picking 502.4 as the wspr frequency to make use of the 100 Hz window under 504 ..

I think it is a problem with RTE 2nd harmonic 100 hz hum on the carrier
