Dear Paul-Hendrik,

thank You for your explanations concerning this "two-mode" X-band-QSO.
We own just one rather old GSM unit which we are using very seldom, so I
must confess that I would not have been prepared properly for such a
QSO. I have already had an X-band-QSO 500 kHz / 3533 kHz with Finbar
under GI4DPE on November 11th, 2007 under better propagation conditions.
At our latitude full darkness will not come before 17.00 UTC in these
days, this will be earlier within the next few months.
