wspr can be generated by a DDS synth as its only a
simple frequency change

Dear LF-Group,
sorry for bandwidth, i looking for some sort of of mixer/transverter to
use a shortwave transceiver on 137KHz for WSPR. Can be in experimental
stage, but i need something to start. To build something from scratch is
a bit a challenge for me, so i thought i ask around. Maybe someone has
to sell some parts?
