Sure that "DK51" is a unijunction transistor ? I found a french site (in 
french language) which seems to say that the DK51 is more or less 
compatible with an MJE13001, which is a 600 Volt, 0.2 A silicon NPN 
transistor. Looking at the circuit, it seems to make sense:
