Hi Gary,

The only problem I have come across is using it with the "dongle" for Radiocom 4 to control an Icom PCR 1000 Rx.
Otherwise there seem to be few problems. I don't think you will "break" anything if you try out.

This may have been asked before.
 
Will a USB to RS232 adapter work OK with a transceiver RS232 hardware interface. My PC has only 1 RS232 port & no empty PCI slots.
