The figures won't go below 0dBm  so they will no longer be a true representation of tx power.   WSPRnet is still reporting several listeners copying my sigs, now at -28dB S/N,  so will continue decreasing power a bit longer.

btw, Jim if you read this mail.. you've mentioned about a constant weak signal  around  950Hz
i have also a constant  signal at  964 Hz  while you are here at 904 Hz as for its intensity  at jo91rs  both signals are "weak" i.e.
it is comparable to your signal so it goes into -20's
